i think this won't be on the box .. unless konami makes a last minute changes or tikam dari belakang announcement
Konami is very tight lipped about whether it would go multi platform or not, if it won't they can just simply announce it. maybe they have signed exclusive release deal with sony, such deal usually for period of time only. if the deal is for this year only, we might hear more next year.

the problem is not that KP won't port MGS games to xbox platform, the problem is the 360 fanbase may not want to buy MGS games, plenty of other 360 shooter games competing for gamers' dollars. the same thing may also happen to DMC4, who i feel is not "macho" enough for 360 US fanbase

my guess is by switching to compressed audio, MGS4 should fit within 3 DVD9s.
360 fanbase won't buy MGS? i don't believe that. MGS is not only popular in japan, but the whole world.

DVD9 is gonna be a limiting factor for next-gen games. Fact is a fact no matter how u wanna claim to be. For RPG is okay i guess, but for seamless games like GTA, then storage is really an issue. It's a wonder why MS pays (bribe!) Rockstar US$50m for exclusive contents. I'm surprised not many ppl bashed MS for that but still continuing bashing Sony like no tommorow. Sony bashing is the in-thing nowadays huh?

since HD-DVD player price drop less than $200, MS should just sell the HD-dvd drive at $50 - $100 and start releasing games in HD-DVD.
btw, googling "hd-dvd player price" comes out results with more links to 360 add-on rather than about standalone player.
