Samsung note 10+ speaker sounds distorted/blown/cr

Recently purchased a Samsung note 10+. During the first two weeks I noticed the occasional sound distortion when notifications come in, I tried playing music and it's the same regardless of the volume. After a while it goes away. Then it got really serious once. The next day there was a software update so I updated the phone, after which it did not happen anymore until two days ago it happened again. I went to the shop and the technician said to try hard reset as it is most probably software issues. I reseted my phone and the next day the speaker still has sound problems. It is still on and off though. Any idea what is the issue here?
Not sure if it has anything to do with it but I found that almost every time it happened I was in an air-conditioned room. The two weeks where it did not happen was when there wasn't any air-conditioning.

Have you sent your Galaxy Note10+ to SAMSUNG service centre?
If no, then you should sent it now.

I advise you better sent your phone to the nearest SAMSUNG service centre. It is hardware problems instead of software problems. Many service centres still operate on Sunday.

Yes I will when I can. For now if it happens again I will try and reboot in safe mode. Hoping it's caused by third party apps. So far since I posted it has not happened.. yet.
