easist way to register marriage

i would like to ask what's the hassle free way to register for marriage? is the below applicable? or need some extra paper work?
Procedure for doing at JPN
1. take form and get it signed in front of commissioner of oath
2. return the form back to JPN and pay $ and they will give you a date to come back for the marriage oath taking process + official marriage registration at JPN.
3. Go to JPN with your 2 witnesses to sign the official marriage certificate in front of the registra. You're legally married.

Go to hokkien society.
paling senang but have tu pay more a bit for suruhanjaya sumpah and society charges.
Keep in mind if both of you from different states have to go back hometown jpn to submit borang and collect after one month.

OK sorry I miss the Indonesian part. Foreigners is a bit more difficult. She have to have her birth cert equivalent document. That's the foremost important. |
