So free to followup? No need to work kah?

TM hopes people like this will just give up and continue paying quietly or just ignore pursuing. That is their secret tactic of making life hard for their subscribers.

You'd need to take a day off to settle things, join the long queue and hope for the best to get things settled.

I've been to a TM Point before and mind you those staffs will go behind the counter/toilet every time they take up a customer. I guess many share the same experience as me before.

He just signed the YEP 2019 end of last year for the free 3 months offer which renewed his contract another 24 months.
To tell them that you're switching ISP will make TM laugh at you like an idiot.

RM309 x 24 months + 6% SST = a Whopping RM7860 Early Termination Penalty

GG by TM. Just for 3 months free now you're liable for some RM7000 damage if you decide to leave.

How MCMC allowed this stupid company to implement such unfair practices is beyond belief when they're supplying cheap unwanted plastic modems and cutting costs all the time withe their installations.

Is it really worth RM7000?

bro
i didnt apply for the free 3 months
i am not worry about this
i can cancel anytime
just they keep on say help me check and delay my bill from jan till now
i have pay rm 309 x 3
i tell them if still cant give me a solution by next week
i will complain to mcmc again
Then you're lucky and should take the opportunity to move to safer grounds.
If you're living in Klang Valley, can try seeking coverage for Celcom Home Fibre, DiGi, Maxis or even ViewQWest. Call them up one by one and see who gives you the best deal.

Consider switching ISP after MCO is lifted and slash your bill by 1/2 every month as saving?

Viewqwest should be available on TM HSBB network in Klang Valley and expanded to other major cities such as JB and Penang by end of 2020?
Celcom Home Fibre if you can accept 100M?
Maxis Home Fiber 300M plan for under RM150?

Bare with the MCO for another 1-2 months then switch for time being don't touch or attempt downgrading for TM over phone line because your contract will be renewed for another 2 years and getting stuck all over again.
