Sorry for the noob question - How does cardterus work? Just need to link my card on the setel app and pay petrol?

when did you get your cb? is it in the next bill statement or following statement. i didn't get the cb for august spent using cardterus setel app.

for my august weekend transaction i used the card at petronas at the counter and another 2 using setel app. but the statement showed the 8% CB (4.8) received on 1 sep for only one of the rm 60 transaction.

it should be based on transaction date right? in any case, even if it's on weekday i should get 1% cb also. not sure what the issue is- i'm pretty sure i used the cardterus and not the topup setel wallet option.

ok you meant it's only maybank cards that were only excluded, and not all setel transactions? that's why i asked the original poster above since he said he got cb using setel cardterus in august. thanks.
