No more setel voucher in shopee? Cant find it anymore

Petra jaya both petronas accept setel. So for me very convenient as i stay there. Noted on the CC.

Just pump RM30. Im expecting RM3 cashback only (for nee registration within 30 days), but I got RM3+RM3. Apparently now there’s promo of 10% cashback too

Topup RM80 to Setel get free flask from Petronas.

On top of that, I got RM5 Fuel Cashback added to my account, but my parents Setel account doesnt receive similar RM5 cashback for the topup.

Guess it’s targeted RM5 for selected users.

Both acc within the 12k redemption limit for the free flask.

I kena banned because of this.



I literally yelled at the CS saying if u dont allow people to use voucher, dont enable it in the first place, purchase of those mobile topup/bigpay is not eligible for evoucher. U should tell ur IT department to disable setel topup voucher too if u dont want ppl to use voucher, dont punish the users who just trying to get whatever cashback they could have get.

It’s been a while, ive been buying setel voucher for my family members too since idk apr or may and use the cashback voucher to milk coins from shopee.

But it’s only targeted users. Been doing this with 4 accs, but only 1 get banned

Try buy petronas card, confirm cannot use voucher, but setel can. Somehow their IT dept still noob didnt disable setel topup to use voucher.

Try buy bigpay/boost/grab/prepaid reload/voucher - all unable to use voucher.

Setel was under automotive category instead of voucher and tickets, should penalised someone else instead of me. - petronas store should be under supervision of shopee staff instead of petronas people i think. So their staff is the cacat one go put under automotive category.

But then they have reactivate my account after complaining to them. But during 6.6, still can use the voucher. I’ve told the CS i will still keep buying, they should disable it if they dont want people to use voucher. Of course the CS would do nothing, like make their own live miserable to contact another dept to report this thing.

But somehow when more people get banned, they will realised and disable it. So better utilise now while it last.
