Setel was great but lately went downhill.

1. The auto top-up is dead. No updates on when it will be up. Support is clueless as usual.

2. Without auto top-up, one will need to reload X amount before fueling or paying for groceries. Might as well use the card directly and pay the merchant.

3. Better clear out whatever outstanding balance soon. With features going missing and poor updates, it is a clear sign of company troubles.

My guess is simple. It is a money losing company. Pretty sure their investors could have stopped supporting them. That's why critical features went missing for no reason.

I stopped using Setel due to its inability to auto-reload via DC or CC. Kept showing an unverified account error. My account was using DC to reload for about a year without problems. Now, suddenly cannot auto-reload.

As a result, I stopped filling up at Petronas all together and opted for other stations.

Tried and still not working.

Tech support said the auto reload is still under maintenance.

Only used Setel for paying parking. Last time still unable to reload with any of my cards so left it alone and used GX instead.
