To link existing Mesra card to Setel need 150 point conversion fee? Does it really deduct that Mesra point?

Also, what is the reason that top-up vouchers bought from shopee has a 1 month expiration date?

At the app when I link my existing Mesra number, it states that... but I link it anyway. Good if no conversion fee, else it feels strange to have that fee.

Ah okay, means can buy the voucher and just redeem the credit into setel apps. I always wonder why need to impose that 1 month need to finish pump haha. Thank you!

You know, I think I got psychic power. Out of the blue, I asked about this yesterday and you helped pointed out only can setel via boost. I am not even a setel user yet. Another example, I asked about card to pump Shell and RHB comes out with a Shell card several days later.

Using setel itself doesn't give you any direct cashback, only mesra points.

After redeeming the Shopee Setel e-voucher at the Setel app, is there any expiry for the credit?

Oh so there is. My history is still blank and no activity yet. Any idea how long is the expiry date?

The thing is, I don't understand why there is an expiry date. It is not points or vouchers. We don't see other Boost or Shopeepay impose expiry date on our credits. Kind of weird.

They should probably think it from user point of view and devise a better way to enhance user's experience.

Redeemed at app but the value is RM105. Any idea where the extra money come from? First time user here.

And i checked payment history, it is blank. Not showing any expiration date.

I pumped RM97 from the RM105 credit (98 + 2 + 5 referral) but no where it is indicated which is already used, or by default the earliest expiry will be used first?

Hi, the reward bonus is from me Finally I use setel after months of getting your referral code.

The new user referral bonus has same Created and Expiry date on 25/5 with just 30 mins allocated. I pumped petrol after the expired time and the balance credit tally. Meaning, I was able to use it several hours after the expired time.

I will try to pump again to use up my credits within this 2 weeks, hopefully my tank has some space by then. Later MCO wont be driving much pulak
