After attaining the Explorer or Hero membership level, how long will the status remain valid?

Why would you do that?

Anyway I think once you use your ic at the pump, that pump is "in use" and you can't select the same pump in the app. I could be wrong though.

I used my own IC and own Setel, both same name and IC no.  but Setel points not credited.

They gave me a setel point adjustment after 1 day. I haven't test another round yet.

I'm using Hong Leong Wise card which some claim if use in Setel app not eligible for petrol cashback. So I tap direct.

Yes. But because of this delay, it becomes a point adjustment which doesn't count I guess

I pump petrol but didnt get Setel points. How come? Transaction is recorded on Setel. Manual enter number at pump. Previously, no issue

Android,  tried on 3 other phones...same issue...in the end got blocked from login... requesting assistance from Cs for now.

I manage to add card according to CS advice.
There are 2 things that i did.

First is retype name, all in small letter.  Edit: tested again, small or capital letter doesnt matter. Just retype the name.
Second, after retype name, dont use the enter button from keyboard, just scroll down and press the add card board on screen.

Ignore the device trick, most probably it is related something above.
