Wan to ask if using card terus for duitnow and at petronas station. Is it both will have different MCC code?

MBB Ikhwan Gold Mastercard is good for Friday / Saturday refuelling. How about MBB PETRONAS Ikhwan Gold/Plat Visa? Anyone ever got cashback for using with CardTerus Setel?

setel QR not working?

Nope. Reported to them, they blame me say i'm scanning personal QR. Close case. This puts 收皮 Support way above Settle.

Anybody knows if Setel CardTerus has got varying MCC depending on Merchant?

E.g. we know if at Petronas it is following my check with UOB customer service.

"We would like to inform you that the merchant code 5542 for both transaction register under Automated Fuel Dispensers."

How about CardTerus transaction at say, Lotus or Mydin. Does it fall under Grocery MCC? Any idea?

when did you get your cb? is it in the next bill statement or following statement. i didn't get the cb for august spent using cardterus setel app.

If you spend on Friday/Saturday in August and Posted in August, using Setel CardTerus to pump petrol at Petronas, you should have received petrol CB on 1/9/23 (viewable on 2/9 onwards).

for my august weekend transaction i used the card at petronas at the counter and another 2 using setel app. but the statement showed the 8% CB (4.8) received on 1 sep for only one of the rm 60 transaction.

it should be based on transaction date right? in any case, even if it's on weekday i should get 1% cb also. not sure what the issue is- i'm pretty sure i used the cardterus and not the topup setel wallet option.

Setel transactions were not treated as Petronas transactions till August. No CB for Setel CardTerus.

Effective 1/9/23, Maybank Islamic just added Setel CardTerus at Petronas to 8% weekend CB.
(Note: No CB if top up Setel wallet or using CardTerus at other merchants)

ok you meant it's only maybank cards that were only excluded, and not all setel transactions? that's why i asked the original poster above since he said he got cb using setel cardterus in august. thanks.

He used Ikhwan MasterCard.
Any petrol transactions including Setel CardTerus at Petronas, Caltex, Shell, Petron, Petros, BHPetrol on Friday/Saturday will earn 5% Petrol.CB. Not limited to Petronas only

Yours is Ikhwan Visa.
Limited to Petronas CB only, not petrol CB.

So setel terus consider like u dont want bring dompet out. Just safe card inside and use?
Can card terus to paid shopping and other not relate to petrol?
Example UOB One use card terus for Dinning to get 10% rebate?

I think Card terus only support limited mechant(who sign up as setel mechant). Last time I used to scan duitnow QR with cardterus, it show unsupported payment method, can only use Setel wallet to pay.

Saw a few people on FB saying that they now use Setel ewallet for utilizing CC with ewallet topup rewards. I reached out to one of them and he is showing me the steps with requirements of having an upgraded account that reach Hero Mesra level. He then show me a picture as below showing a "Payment to Card" option. However, I'm unable to see this on mine.

Did any of you know something about this?
