^ brand loyalty plays strong part. I don't see anyone that is used to pump petronas or caltex will change camp just because of a better app if there is no considerable discount to lure them...and even that, I swear by petronas fuel

Setel can now be used at several physical and online stores (thru ipay88). This is good because can use shopee coins when buying setel credits. Hope they expand the list to include places KFC, Nando and more common ones.

Kinda concern that Setel official store at shopee has gone one vacation since 1st Jan. Are they pushing for in-app top up too? Too much forcing will cause total abandonment of the app or worse, petrol brand loyalty.

I can tell you this one incident. I asked CS on why I have extra 64 points because I want to understand the point system. Turns out the system made a mistake and they said, thank you for informing and clawed back the points. Can you imagine lol. Banks like PBB would just let it go, happened to me before with their VIP points.

What really? Yes 64 points. I asked CS why there is this extra points and CS said wrongly credited and clawed back So moral of story, if get anything extra just keep quiet.
