Over roasted... ok if you drink with milk & sugar. No ok if you're a black coffee guy

Then I suggest you go to one of those good cafes like Bean Brothers or any small boutique cafes and try a cup of freshly brewed filter coffee, try kenya beans or Ethiopia beans... you will then understand what's good and what's not. Most big franchise cafes use overroasted beans and they taste bitter like drinking charcoal if you dont put sugar & milk... good coffee no need those stuff & taste great on it's own.
