Is it worth to get Note 10+ snapdragon (imported set) instead of the local Note 10+ exynos?

The only downside of the Sd set is no official warranty and no Samsung Pay only right? Kinda tempted to buy the Snapdragon version from USA. Shopxx selling RM3135 - N10+, 256GB, Sd processor Everyone, should I proceed? |

Since the Snapdragon set is from the USA telco set, can the telco been locked if the person in USA doesn't pays his telco bill in the future?
