My note 10 plus seem not able to charge the battery after update. I was charging on my powerbank before update and after update, the battery level did not incease instead it was decreasing. What wromg with it?

Now it seem ok but the charging speed is slower than before the update..
I notice that battery temperature is 42 c after update, maybe that the reasin it failed to charge...
