FYI, I also having the same issue earlier. Before you proceed to reset your Galaxy Buds Plus, make sure both the ear piece and cover charge to full first. Followed by reset the Galaxy Buds Plus and issue should be resolved. Make sure both the ear piece is taken out and use instead of using only 1 side as both the ear piece running on different battery level and get disconnected if the variation is too wide.

Try to reset the Galaxy Buds Plus and press + hold two ear buds together until you hear a beat sound. Once done, you can see both ear piece will indicate as 1 battery percentage for both ear buds.
