On eye conform shield setting page,
When is turned off, i tap custom,
Tap set schedule,
Then tap custom,
Timer is pop up, i tap cancel on timer it turn on eye comform sheild

I not sure about lag, no gaming
But SOT is less, and overnight drain more that 5% to 8%

Youtube, finally you push unneeded function here
No wonder you keep pop up update apps every single time i open apps
