My 3yo mi 2s suddenly couldn't turn on as well. A quick search on YouTube showed me the way to disassemble the unit. After a quick check looks like the power board is burnt. Saw the model number printed on the power board, an ran it on Google, and there you go, replacement part available on aliexpress for less than RM100. Seller is very responsive and a few 5 star reviews. So, just made the order, and hoping it will solve the issue
