never understand why need to be so secretive with PM me PM you culture like that, if ADPL approved then just put the prices here la

wasting people time, effort and forum storage man

Peasants and labourers can't afford high soc place; even if price is in public domain is still irrelevant. High soc SA must offer personalized and exclusive service. Some viewing is only by invitation.

Absolutely trophy props. Nice to see may not nice to hold.

For the richy too much moolah not sure where to spend. Really good for show off your status if you really care how people look at you.

If you lucky you could hit the jackpot... some richy very want to pay higher price to buy over your unit. Just like the Pavilion KL service apartment.
