Go check with doctor,

Request doctor to prescribe you medicine. Because now we don't know whether you are Hypertension and Hypotension.

After consult with Doctor, please request Mod to ban you.

all ace inhibitors will cause cough. examples are perindoprils, etc.

Afaik;

Best not to end up with high-blood-pressure or hypertension by avoiding a rich-man lifestyle of high-meat diet, low-exercise and high-stress, which will clogged up the blood vessels culminating in heart-attacks or strokes.

Note that a few "drug-pushing" doctors can manipulate the blood-pressure measuring apparatus to show false high-blood-pressure of above 150 = can brainwash patients into taking hypertension medicine for the rest of their lives, eg by wrapping the strap around the arm more tightly, by pumping more air pressure into the arm-strap before releasing the air, by criticizing you(= put you under stress), etc.

This one takes trial and error.

I started out with several which caused it now taking Exforge and Nebilet, since then never had any issues with dry cough, taken for 4 years now. Only thing is Exforge can make you very horny all the time.

whether you are stressed or eating like a richmen, its better for you to see a doctor to get prescribed. i have been to gp where they prescribed meds that don't work and i had it changed. dont try to be smart. high bp is a silent killer.

cheap and effective, about rm7 for 30 tablets, 1 tablet per day.

or rm1 at goment clinic for 2 months supply.

afaik, no side effects. So not necessary to delay due to cost concern.

It does share some of the main active ingredients as viagra as it is also a blood vessel relaxer.

Hi
I believe you most likely have been prescribed perindopril 4mg or the branded 5mg

Your Dr chose to put you on that for a reason. Because it reduces your bp and has cardioprotective effect

Don't switch so fast, talk to your Dr that gave you this.
My dad was on this drug and faced similar issue. The Dr then ask my dad to take it at night instead
The cough issue more or less went away after that

Branded amlodipine i.e. Norvasc costs abt rm3/pill. Generic ones are much cheaper.

You must see a doctor to determine which meds are most suitable for you. Pls don’t rely on WebMD or google.

Doctors pushing drugs? Blood pressure is a number that can be measured, and its reading can easily be measured by yourself at home.

The instrument is available at any pharmacy, about rm160-170, several brands, swiss or german made, battery operated, small and portable.

Just wrap the strap around left arm, press button, and the strap will inflate and deflate itself, and the reading will be shown on the screen.

Screen also shows heart rate, and the readings are stored into memory together with the date.

Regardless of age, above 140/90 is bad... 120/80 is normal.
