mean those who bought with low entry cost e.g. discount, rebate, etc and maximized LTV and loan tenure; loan interest incurred could be higher than price appreciation and outstanding loan could be higher than subsale vale i.e underwater.

most privilege/premier/priority and certainly private bank could offer >3% p.a return.

Anw the right unit with the right price at right loc is not sthg arrogant ppl able to identify. Just trust ur 3rd eye as long not seeing hantu but the real deal. 😉

3 rights could be 12.5% or less; also mean >87.5% are dud.
