automation is the future. less error, non stop. So your stuff that you buy become cheaper. Human cost are going get more expensive, if you don want to buy stuff at high prices, automation is the answer.

it will depends on tax and operating cost. Automation runs production non stop for extended periods, they wont complain about salary or take leave. Just maintain the machine and you are good to go. Government probably need to increase tax based automation % of a company because less ppl have job and pay tax, and government need to tanggung them via Universal Basic Income

from a company view, they save a lot. From a government view, pros are higher production and less hidden cost, cons are unemployment rate, at least until a switch of education course regarding new possible job fields become commonplace. Old job fields go but new job fields will enter.
