Getting a house at JB, Travel daily to SG for work

Dear all,
I think I've came to a conclusion of daily travel to SG for work but settling down at JB.  I was wondering, since Im away from Msia for a lil while, no longer paying msia income tax and KWSP side not pumping in money. Will the process of getting mortgage loan be more difficult? or the rate will be slightly higher for me?  Anyway, Im wondering if anyone has done this could share their experience too? |

No issue getting loans or higher interest rate. Just apply to a few banks and shop around for the best package/product

There won't be any issues, just walk in to any bank and talk to their mortgage officers.
