Wireless charger usually will generate more heat than wired charger. Most probably your battery has swollen.
Suggest to you use the wired charger for the time being. Once MCO lifted, you may head to the nearest Xiaomi centre to check.

*Previously I've also used wireless charger for few months, after that notice the phone was so hot after charged. Then decided to use back wired charger.

Your phone settings has enabled volte plus Telco did the activation at their end.
Perhaps you need call the UM CS to assist further.

I'm using Digi, so got Volte with no issue. Just can't have Vowifi. Previously from this thread, there was a user replied to me it's due to the ROM registration with MCMC. For instance, there is some difference between Global(MI) ROM and European (EU) ROM something like that.
