3 possibilities:
1. The WiFi card is faulty 2. The M.2 slot is faulty 3. That Gigabyte WiFi addon is not supported on your motherboard. That M.2 WiFi card is an Intel AC 9560 which requires CNVio interface. The M.2 WiFi slot on the motherboard may only support PCIe interface instead of CNVio Example: My ASRock Fatal1ty X399 Professional Gaming motherboard only supports PCIe M.2 WiFi card such as the Intel AC 9260, it does not support CNVio M.2 WiFi card PS: PCIe M.2 WiFi cards & CNVio M.2 WiFi cards look exactly the same |

I already answered that question in the previous postso you have any recomendation for the wifi card that would work if i put it in that slot? Look for Intel AC 9260 wireless card Example: https://shopee.com.my/product/110869337/2853728954 About the card that you've already bought, if you haven't click "item received" in Shopee or Lazada, just return it so you can get a full refund |
