I'm trying to find a way to do the modem-PC connection on my father's request. He doesn't want a router switched on in his house. He believes wifi signals will give him cancer. I know it doesn't but he is set in his beliefs and cannot be convinced otherwise. Anyway from my point of view, if not having wifi gives him peace of mind and makes him happy, then that's what matters.
