Its a generic list. Not everyone displays the same symptoms imo.
In fact there's a lot of undetected/ unreported cases because most of them can still function like normal - eat, hang out with friends, talk to their family members etc. Which is why people sometimes would say "i never thought he/ she has depression" and such.
