Hi all Sifu here,
Currently i'm interest to this postpaid flex (10GB + 10GB youtube data) + Fiber (30Mbps unlimited homefiber). However, when visit the maxis store, they told me that i cant maintain back my original hp no.(which is prepaid no.), and the plan was only available under new number. But i wanna keep my original number, anything i can do?
1. No choice, take the new number & sign the plan 2. Port to other telco, then from that telco port back in hotlink

I applied for MNP to this package from celcom and it is stuck at processing for few days. Maxis there report "processing" due to celcom does not accept yet. Call up celcom they told me never get port out request. I have yet to received any sms from celcom or maxis regarding the MNP process yet since I applied to MNP to hotlink flex plus fibre 2 days ago.

This is what im worry about, if i port out, look like there was no guarantee can port in again with same number and sign up to the plan, as previous asked the maxis center staff and they told me this was violation & manipulation. As your case maybe u need to check with celcom, maxis cannot proceed if your number not yet port out from celcom.

I see. how come no unifi? I think it is referring to no port available? however, if u already have unifi at ur house, the port can be used for maxis fibre also. Can use the same BTU just add another line to the BTU while terminating the existing unifi.

Maxis wants to use back the same port, same modem, but unifi told them I never apply for unifi, and I'm not using it. And of course, there's no extra port available.
