I thought Manila is like Jakarta. I think Manila is on par with KL. Even take a stroll at night in Manila Makati is far better than KL bukit bintang. This experience is like I took a stroll at night in Tokyo/Kyoto where beside me many high buildings, restaurants and convenience stores. Many restaurants and convenience store open 24 hours. I feel safer in Manila than in KL.
