Usually IDM pick up video like cat.mp4 and can download fully

But videos stream sometime give saperate .ts file when tried to download
and if u download one it's give u 5seconds videos then u need to play the video abit longer to get the part 2 another 5seconds videos and so on.
The .ts only show up when u stream the video
So if 1hour video u can't download everything

Have you tried to "force download using IDM" through the "Download" tab?

There's a tab for your download the vids,

Download > 240p | 360p | 480p | 720p | 1080p

You can force download with idm by pressing a specific key + left button click.

If the download tab is not available, once you've downloaded the videos using the IDM tab, try changing the video extension from .TS to .mp4.

it's not that easy.
The video stream will not send u the rest of the video download... if it's stream 1mins it give u 10x .ts file and all of them are 1-5seconds of the videos. but all are separated into
blah1.ts 0:01-0:05
blah2.ts 6th seconds - 10 seconds
blah3.ts so on and on

worst is u need to play the video full in order to get all the blah9999999.ts then merge alll but that isn't possible as it's can be 1hours video and ur browser need to focus open it or the video will stop around 10mins

yeah I get what you mean... IDM will extract multiple .TS downloads at different timeline of the vids.... unfortunately there is no work around that (AFAIK).....

1. Try updating your IDM to the latest firmware version.

2. Wait for a few mins before clicking "Download with IDM"; perhaps the browser/IDM needs time to compile all the .TS into 1 single file.

last time i use this method, don't ask me the details as i forgot the steps by step, but basically you must find the ".m3u8" file and then stitch it back together with a command prompt program like ffmpeg

which site you are using? one popular hub and some other site i use regularly simply inspect their source code, then i copy the direct link, open in new tab, download, lol, it's abit troublesome but at least i can download bunch of them without any restriction.

cannot find one. there are not so easy.

yeah it used to work, I tried that too it still working last DEC now the site engineer already patched that
