South City Condo 1000 sqft price only 260k

shit area very dificult to go during trafic jam. u go out traffic jam like pundek you go back also same same pundek. thats why nobody want to live there only foreigners

i used to rent at seri kembangan. is quite near mines there. is convenient. cheap not to say that cheap la ok so so pricing, not like ijok those pricing la but still.
the only thing i beh tahan and moved out to subang jaya is becoz ........ more and more foreigner. |

Besides the obvious traffic, that place is notoriously known for cheap cheong ... that ain't even the good cheong.
If you're just planning to rent/stay for a short period of time, that's fine ... investment wise, I'll advise you to look further with cheaper and better potential. |
