They need to build a connecting 'flyover' to the NSE highway or at the very least a connecting road to Jalan Kiara 3. Otherwise, it would be difficult for prices to appreciate.

Passed by the site today. They are building the showroom now. This project is sandwiched between alix and 28dutamas. Also realise there is rumahwip built half on another side of alix. Omgg cant imagine the traffic there!

yes indeed, quite worrying, not sure how the existing road / infra support the future influx of residents, really hope gov will look into upgrading the infra / road accessibility in that area
