I heard there will be prima development along Jalan Segambut Dalam last year but it has been axed by the government just recently. The government even had to pay a fine to the developers. My friend from KPKT, confirmed me that the Prima in Segambut Dalam is among those cancelled projects.

Passed by the site today. They are building the showroom now. This project is sandwiched between alix and 28dutamas. Also realise there is rumahwip built half on another side of alix. Omgg cant imagine the traffic there!

The high number of rooms made me think this project is targeted at investors
