Pros:
No need to wear glasses in VR, much more comfortable.

Cons:
Not suitable if you share and pass around the headset, it's easy to snap on and take it off, but still, you need to take it off whenever you pass around to play cuz other people different eyes from you.

I bought SculptrVR for $9.90 on oculus store. Still learning, but it's cheap price-wise, so trying to draw.
Now wondering if I should have purchased Tilt Brush instead. what app are you using? what kind of 3D art are you making? Can share?
I know for the Rift there is a more powerful app from Oculus too, but too bad not ported to the Quest.

Just started doing side-loading of apps not available on oculus store last night. Amazed at the quality of many available indie-games and apps.
Currently hooked on Crisis VRigade! making my legs sore from all the ducking and moving sweat.gif

Here is my latest VR painting.. this done on CV1 with Tilt Brush. The SculptVR is more like sculpting than painting.

Just wow. You made it seem so effortless in the video.
I guess I should get Tilt Brush instead. This is what I wanted to do.
And you're right, SculptrVR is more for sculpting, I was under the impression that I could use it to draw in air, but it's more like sculpting with clay, then chiseling off parts of the clay (of course, I've only used it for 1 hours since purchase)

Haha thanks. If you good in traditional drawing and also 3D modeling software should be not that hard to paint in VR.
This one i fully made on Quest version of Tilt Brush.. the only downside is the memory limitation since the Quest only have 4GB of RAM and once you reach the limit, the FPS is too low to work on.
