To be able to save the job description and job requirement while the select text has been disabled. This is caused by the mouse left click not assign to be function in the webpage. Anyone can add this command in browser console and may select to copy the details.
command;
document.getElementById('job_description').style ='user-select:text';

if you use chrome you could install extension that allows you to copy and paste the text from page

extension is good but will be heavy unless only 1 extension that you are using
