I'm also new to this photography thing but I believe you need to find some kind of message or a focus with your pictures. Don't be scared of getting dirty. Crawl on the grass, look like an idiot if you have to, if you want that shot, you got to get it. Have fun and hope to see more pics from you

Your photos looks saturated... I would have preferred a more natural colour, just a personal preference. And you blur the BG during post process? I'm seeing artifacts. Try using a longer focal length, you will get a nicer out of focus BG.

How high was your ISO when you took these photos? Seems a little grainy.

Next time when you are in KLCC park, try capturing photos of those children enjoying themselves in the pool. Those make great photos. The landscape there is just too boring.
