I lost my ncig.. it has been my best companion for almost 3 months.. any other model/brands similar or better than ncig? Small amd easy to use, tight MTL draw.. Might as well get a different kind than buying the same thing..

I bought the new uwell csliburn g.. just like written on its box, simply great

I was using smok nfix, it was a hit and miss. Sometime ok, sometime meh.. through time liquid started accumulated inside the pod slot

But this caliburn performs just great, throat hit and vapor production very nice, good mtl as expected. No leak, no condensation inside the pod slot. Reminds me of the great time when i was using caliburn last time before it was lost. If you want a no brainer pod, just grab a caliburn g. Confirm not dissapointed.

My caliburn g just arrived yesterday. Yes, its good. But the coil pre installed for the pod was not able to fire up. The 2nd coil was perform great. Mayb i just bad luck get a spoil coil.
I have nfix too, i think the flavor abit lose to cali g. But the great thing is having 3ml juice, transparent pod and adjustable voltage.
*
My nfix juice condensed inside the pod slot, annoying.. and i think already flooding into the sensor

dear sifus, wondering if u all can teach me noobie on wicking.
only one side of the coil is fired up instead of it firing up evenly. any idea what i did wrong here. held it for 8 secs still the same thing. firing at 45 W, clapton coil (26G+32G)*2+32G
[attachmentid=10764007]
*
Be careful when new to building atomizer.. read carefully about ohm and wattage.. can be dangerous.. once you are sure then only do.. that first.. then secondly, the firing is not even because it doesn't heat up evenly.. sometime caused by the diameter of the coil is not even, or the resistance is not equal along the coils.. wiggling with scrediver or ceramic tweezer often helps.

Geekvape Wenax. This pod is just PERFECT. From flavour, throat hit, design, battery, no leak issue.. everything perfect.. i tried many pods, every single one has some issue or disadvantage.. but this one, again, perfect.. one thing that surprise me the most, after 2 weeks+ usage of the same cartridge, the bottom of the cartridge is still dry like new. I never see any tank/ cartridge really no leak like this, it makes the vape device feels so clean

That still uses old microusb port right? Currently my perfect pod is nevoks feelin. Type-c port, big see through tank, adequate battery capacity and simple no obnoxious screen device. I especially loved the occ, big hole from middle of the occ till bottom. Few of my previous pod always uses stupid occ design with puny small hole only in the middle, making juice less absorbed when half tank making more dry hits.
*
It is using type c, and charging is quite fast.. the tank, i can vape until almost dry, not dry hit.. and i use the same tank almost 3 weeks now, still feel good, no need to change yet.. other feature i like is can disable the power button and use auto draw only, last time my pod always igniting in my pocket. Absolutely nothing i can complaint about this pod

Then thats probably the newer wenax, type c and non replaceable coil. Need to replace the whole cartridge itself. The og wenax uses microusb and replaceable coil, can reuse the old cartridge.

I'm avoiding pod with single use cartridge because need to throw away a perfectly good cartridge when only the coil inside is burnt, plus its pricier than replaceable coil. Can't waste too much money in these troubled times lol
*
In contrary i don’t mind to throw away the whole cartridge, as I’m a bit concern about hygiene after prolonged use of the same cartridge.. 3-4 week per cartridge is fine

Guys, I know there will be some bias review and also, I believe most of the sifu here is from cigi to maybe iQOS or directly to vape.

May I ask so far any side effect happen to u all before or after vape? I'm eyeing on RELX.

Thank you very much for the input.

What is cigi or iqos? I from cigarettes to vape direct

Does the coil burn easily? And is the flavour any good?

Just using disposables now because I'm just disappointed with my aegis hero as that PoS keeps burning OCCs and leaks like its pissing.

i dont like how nasty fix tastes , and elf bar if i go anything other than 800puff just keeps burning itself. Had similar experience with akso , but i haven't tried akso gt yet.
*
Too early for me to tell, just got this in 2 days, i bought 4 and all of them tastes good. And none of them having any problem. Lets see if any of this burnt before the 3500 puffs

I can only address yr last question as I've never used any pod system before.

The cheapest alternative to ciggys and pods is sub-ohm vaping using an RBA or RTA atomizer with DIY e-juice. If u can spare a few minutes to clean the coil and put in fresh wicks when needed, then it's "manageable maintenance". The initial outlay is higher than a pod system because you'll have to buy a mod, an atomizer, batteries, charger, wire, some tools (to make the coils out of the wire), a bag of unbleached cotton (for wicks), and the ingredients to make e-juice. The learning curve is also relatively high compared to pods....it's definitely not plug n play. The main advantage is you can customize everything to suit your taste/need, and in doing so have a very good chance of quitting ciggys completely!

My suggestion: go get a simple pod system first to try and see if vaping is suitable for you. If u like the convenience and find the expense not too great, continue on. However if you feel you want something more, then come back and ask for suggestions on sub-ohm vape gear.
*
I went to that route long time ago, rebuildable atomizer and diy ejuice.. but i stopped vaping for a while simply because the hassle to prepare the things.. until pod system emerge, I’m back vaping.. but even better now disposable pod available.. much more convenient

just got one at my local vape store . Flavor is decent , but a bit too sweet for me. Its cool that I can control the airflow, some rechargeables don't bother with that. lets see how the coil lasts . I think that lasted me the most was the quizz disposable.
*
Yeah same, after a while now i do wish they are less sweet.. luckily i also bought the nutty tobacco which is just bland taste.. i use that if i feel too much of the sweetness 🤦🏻

So called “malaysian taste” really many ppl like sweet ejuice? I always prefer less sweet one
