1) no email or anything , btw i order through lazada.
2) As the Terms and Conditons stated preoder email from Samsung must be presented along the road show - this is from preorder from samsung site then only will get it.
3) for other than SME i think just need to produce receipt with same imei with ur s20 should be ok

but the main problem is not sure the promoter at roadshow will accept receipt provided by senheng or not.

I thought the TnC clearly states need email from Samsung.

The other part they put below the Promotions TnC is for counters open at the roadshow, not related to PO customers.



Because the PO clearly states you need an email from Samsung, so it confirms it only accepts PO on Samsung website only.
Unless Samsung did sent an email to customers who PO besides on Samsung website.

Just wondering why some of you guys pre-ordered from Harvey Norman/Senheng/Senq when the freebies are the same? They are considered 3rd party retailers so I doubt they are part of the roadshow (?)

Like my experience last year on Note10 roadshow, the roadshow gifts still limited as stated by Samsung.
All of you whether you want to buy from telcos or those other merchants, still gonna Q one line as designated by Samsung.
No matter what.
Then they will give the Golden Ticket from the first person in line until the Golden Ticket finished.
Once you get the Golden Ticket, you can go choose which counter you want to buy from.
Whether from the telcos, the other merchant or the main roadshow partner which maybe Thunder Match.
The most important thing is to get the Golden Ticket, then after you get it, you can buy later, buy now or buy at anytime during the roadshow.
The most important part is you MUST get the Golden Ticket first no matter what, after that you can do anything you want once you get it.
You want to go eat, nak pergi toilet up to you.
You ald secure your place once you get the Golden Ticket.

Edit: And you cannot sell your Golden Ticket ya once you get it.
They will ask for your IC in order to get the ticket.
When you want to buy it, they will ask for your IC to make sure there is no hanky panky happening.

I just bought the gimbal dji osmo mobile 3. So far so good with ultra. But need temive my spigen case to fix it. 🤔

LOL is this right? Single core even lower that the S10?

My SOT is around 5.5 hrs only with 120hz display. All day WiFi. Quite disappointing.  Tried 60 hz to save some juice but back to 120hz after 10 min.

Is this with the Ultra or Plus?
