No need to debate over discount. Samsung has different discount tiers for staff and key corporate client. So it may be different depending on your source.

Why not just buy Samsung 45W for peace of mind, includes the cable needed to deliver the fast charge.

Third party already RM100++ excludes cable which at best reaches 25W speed. The original Samsung RM199 45W brick with cable does not look too bad, provided you don't need to charge laptop or other devices.

Unless you buy it for gaming or benchmark, most people would not go far and beyond for a SD unit. I have been daily driving Exynos phones for leisure and work use. No issue and I charge them daily.

Huawei uses different suppliers (LG and BOE) for it OLED panels which are different in quality. It's display quality is not on par with other flagships and a turn down the moment you look at the screen.
