To store 8k video, just maybe.
To record and play , no no.

The FOC micro SDcard will only play 4k video as its write speed is only 90Mb/s.
Can still record 8k on internal HDD but very fast full.
4k video should be more than good enough but it still wont play very smooth on SD Card and will makan the battery drain faster.

Received my s20+ 5G 512gb together with the new Galaxy Buds+ last week as i pre-ordered it. It is a Middle East unit and kid you not, it is expensive. Paid a sum of equivalent to RM5000 and I upgraded from the regular Galaxy S7 as I never like curved screen. Overtime I notice that samsung galaxy S series screen now is becoming less curvy so finally I decided to buy this one. So far I think it is worth the upgrade but price wise not so. This is by far the most I paid for a smartphone. Maybe I will use this for the next few years.

It would be unfair to keep on waiting for the latest S20U update because they didn't do that to other brands. There are phones that got low scores from tech reviews using their initial software versions.

How do you find the autofocus post update? Did you test the camera prior to updating?
