After so many years, Samsung still unable to fix this big flaw in their Exynos chip.


Yes. Abnormal battery drain during idle is one of the characteristics of Exynos chip. To solve this, you need to go inside the settings, close those and close that, close all those smart features as much as you can, and hope for the best.

Now you guys know why so many people are complaning about Exynos chip. Some netizens suspected that Exynos chip's design core has a flaw where the "battery leakage" will occur out from no where.


As for the 100% dropped to 98% very fast, yes. It's been like that since Note 9 & S10 (I owned both of these devices). It seems that the same problem continue in Note 10 and all the way into S20. I guess Samsung never plan to solve this issue at all....

Did you show him the list from the Samsung official website? Soya cincau is not related to samsung, of course they won't layan. Next time if they gave the wrong figure, take out your phone, open the official website, show them the list and point it out ot them, they will rectify it and have to follow the official website.

PS: However, you need to make sure that's Samsung authroized store. If that's a 3rd party phone shop, then they don't have to follow the list.

Hey guys. If anyone want to buy S20 series with freebies right now, no need to go to roadshow. The freebies (wireless charging pad & SD card) are also available if you buy from Samsung stores. Not only that, PWP (official casing with discount) is also available (until 15 March). I found out this when I paid a visit to KLCC branch Samsung store today. Just letting you guys know.

That's exclusive for pre-order lah. If purchase in store also can get buds, the pre-order customers will be outrage. LOL

For anyone who don't know how or can't redeem the SD card online, you can go to Samsung stores and ask the staff if they can do it for you. Do remember to bring your S20 & the invoice/receipt as well.

Did you watch the reviews? Most of the reviewers gave high praise to the latest Color os 7.1 and said it's getting close to their sibling Oneplus OS oxygen.

Samsung Malaysia already mentioned that the TV will come within 6 weeks, SD card within 3 weeks. Now only 1 week passed. Still a long way to go. I think they will only start delivering in last minute. Be patient lah guys.
