Hi everyone, i had leaking water issue from my ceiling since mid of January 2020, it happens whenever there is heavy rain.

I had inform the agent + agency company regarding the issue, and they what they react is they arrange me to other house until they fix the roof and ceiling. Im very upset with this response they gave me as it cause inconvenience to me(different location+i need to move things again) I just cope with it and thought they will fix it very quickly.

Until now there is still no fixing ongoing and water still leak in the room. Any idea on what should i do, where can i report, and how can i get any compensation on that?
