Good to know another D40 user here. But honestly for pic 3, u need to fix it up coz i see there something lacking on the DOF, or its too dark. Perhaps a flash might make some difference.
The last pic can be improved provided u know the rule of composition, the 3 quarter rule. |

TS, i wonder for ur pics from pc fair do u use any PS EDITIING. Or is teh color set to very vivid?
