Ok, so I have seen alot of bad reviews about GDex services in Malaysia. I bought a keyboard from an IT distrubutor and the seller says they ship with GDex and it's already being dispatched...now I'm concerned. (This is my first time buying things online btw).

My question is, the bad reviews I'm reading is several months old and I wonder did they made any improvement?

1. nothing in Malaysia didn’t sucks
2. If it exists, it is not mean/affordable for you

it really depends on where you live.
a lot of people say poslaju is bad, others have said dhl is bad, others have said J&T is bad.
so far, i havent had any problems with any delivery services based on where i live.

GDEX courier service is GOOD. I received my items the next day, quite fast.

For me GDex service is good, which also reflected on their service price. Item from Taobao using GDex as local courier, I will receive SMS before delivery attempt, have choice to reschedule delivery also.

Have experienced a parcel shipped from Penang to Johor, next day delivered.

Got cases where they don't even deliver.

My experience, their tracking is not reliable. But delivery quality is ok, no problems so far. Never had a lost or damaged goods. But only used 5-10 times in the past...

Welp just received my package safe and sound. I guess GDex in penang for my area(BYN) wasnt half bad

In 2013-2015, I remember Lazada & IPmart was using Gdex a lot - so many of my parcels came banged up.

Luckily, so far have never seen a gdex option in Shopee. DHL eCommerce have been good so far, albeit slightly expensive, but better service and delivery time.

You should experience J&T before condemning <insert any other courier company name>.

I always prefer pos laju. If only they call before coming it would be perfect.

Gdex delivery always delay by one day. Their system says out for delivery but will only come the next day. The delivery guy always come my house by motorbike and always give face. I think it’s because their office is far away and only deliver to me.

mmhm, same. They recently even just launched their prepaid envelops/flyers online in Shopee which really helps in saving time and makes things faster .
