I have bad anxiety whenever I'm working everything stress me out and I can't get my job done. Will Xanax help or will it worsen my job performance?

From my personal experience, it does help, but after some time, when it does not work anymore, u need to increase dosage. Do not take my word for it though, it might be for my case only. Please consult a psychiatrist for more info.

Personally, xanax is not a permanent solution. It is to help u overcome your anxiety during the time span when your fine. To solve that it is up to u to put in effort to find ways to help.

do u know any anxiety med which we can take over the counter without prescription? I'm always travelling for my job this month no time for me to meet a psychiatrist. My condition is getting worse now

That im not too sure, but just for precaution, almost seek doctors advice before taking any, theres always side effects for these medication

You can be addicted to Xanax if not controlled. No way you can buy this over the counter.
