Normally KFC supposed to seal your food. If not, I think you can reject. Cause normally I don't like those not sealed properly, the rider bag is so dirty sometimes.

Don't think so. I feel restaurant put lesser portions for delivery. They had their seal on the package for mine. So no way the delivery guy can eat it.
