going to attend Silverlake first aptitude test, can anyone tell me what the current interview process?

My technical test was conducted by 2 ppl, one senior test manager,
the total hours spent was 2 hours, the interview started with introducing of yourself, then they ask me to create schedule for the simplified version of their bus chanllege schedule . youhav to optimize it. then following they give me a code that may have inefficient or problem, you have to solve it, afterward they ask me design the schedule GUI and draw the class diagramand ask me to write using their software based on the case study. I was struggle at the first and second part

Yes, you passed HR consider very good already...some of my friend can't even pass objective test, the hard part is you write the code, your pc screen is projected, they keep watching you whole session. This company has good response, I got case study right after my HR, even you failed the test, they will tell you after few days

silverlake is no place for programmer, after working 1 week, here what I think anyone should think twice to apply for this position...
1. No Internet access
2. Using old retarded Windows XP crappy PC
3. No development tools available, only SQL Management tools
4. Their client development tools has a lot of limitation
5. OT claim only for salary below RM2000

Basically u code using notepad and expect the programmer to know all the functions definition, without internet and standard documentation
