A lot of ppl resigned so recently keep hired newbies. Mostly fresh graduate will join coz they just graduate with no experience. For those who work in silverlake before then know.  cool2.gif

No internet access for employee, but for those for who for project can require from supervisor. See the supervisor will grant you the authority or not. My uncle is high level in that company so in the last four years I still get not bad service but at last I still resigned due to the workload. Really cannot imagine. Stress.

I hope you can find better work smile.gif.

Even the computers have no internet? Will the jobs require internet to do? I am coming in as a IT intern.. cry.gif

Colleague is good in Silverlake.
1 of the thing you will handle is the stress and workload.
especially you onsite support, lots of urgent thing need to solve immediately.

Maybe try again? Silverlake's turnover rate is pretty high. I would say it should be easy to get a position in the company.

Over there from what I 'research' on the net. People saying stressful and no bonus + slow increment (depending on ur performance and impression). But people there are helpful as long as you ask. I got hired as an intern pretty easily now. It might be a good change for those people who needs jobs to try apply here? hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif

And usually in a company like this the learning curve is steep as you will mostly be juggling between multiple tasks / projects. That is also when you will learn the most.
*
They have annual dinner days ago btw to answer your question. rclxms.gif biggrin.gif
The company is undergoing changes. So interns like me are learning with the seniors as well...
Good team or bad team it all depends on whether you want to learn or not..
