A lot of ppl resigned so recently keep hired newbies. Mostly fresh graduate will join coz they just graduate with no experience. For those who work in silverlake before then know. 

No internet access for employee, but for those for who for project can require from supervisor. See the supervisor will grant you the authority or not. My uncle is high level in that company so in the last four years I still get not bad service but at last I still resigned due to the workload. Really cannot imagine. Stress.

Colleague is good in Silverlake.
1 of the thing you will handle is the stress and workload.
especially you onsite support, lots of urgent thing need to solve immediately.

No bonus some more. I don't think they have annual dinner too? Haha

Maybe try again? Silverlake's turnover rate is pretty high. I would say it should be easy to get a position in the company.

And usually in a company like this the learning curve is steep as you will mostly be juggling between multiple tasks / projects. That is also when you will learn the most.

I went to interview a few years back, but got offer after 1 year later ... lol
