Dear senior/silverlakers,
              May I ask that I got "shortlisted as a programmer" ( went to interview ) so the HR told me that they're pending to finalize the salary package for me.


              May I ask  that am I being accepted and just need for the management to approve or I still in "CONSIDERING" for them? I'm a newbie in work field.
              Anyone here can help plss?
                I'm a diploma holder, i scare i can't compete with those who's holding a degree.
