Buying Advice Recomendation Needed, As title goes price range of RM650-RM850

I plan to grab a digicam for the price range of RM650 to RM850
After browsing through the forum and reading hundreds of reviews
I narrowed it down to
Canon
-A560
-A570is
Panasonic
FX-10
Sony
-W35
Now please help me decide which one to buy
Few questions that i wanna ask is
Is the Canon A570is Flash Shutter Lag very slow? and noticeable? Also is it true the option for flash is only ON, or Auto no off? Does it have manual focus?
Is Panasonic camera still cant record voice while filming video?
My first option is the A570is- only reason i am holding back is because of the flash /shutter lag & few questions above
if not w35 would be the next one.
Mostly i would like to use this camera's indoor and sometimes under low light condition ie in hall
Whats important for me is to be able to take continous shot one after another and ability to focus clearly under low light environment
