This is what happens when you update windows. You have to always chck if your pc will function properly after a system update. The first thing you should always check is the hard disk or sdd. It has to be in good condition and have enough space. It is not just a matter of space but also how often the storage space is used. An old storage device that no longer functions properly should never be used to install a new version of windows. Once your computer is old just stck to the version of windows that you have. Trying to go further will only bring you problems. Also to consider is your processor and ram. Some new versions of windows cannot be handlesd by old processors. I hope that you were already a windows 10 user and you just went to a higher version. Some windows updates are usually very problematic because they are not thoroughly tested by microsoft. Get a stronger processor of atleast intel core i5 and a vary fast har disk. Try reinstalling the operating system also. It may solve the problem.
